5. FS Points System

Animal Games Platform features an in-game points system called "FS" (Fantasy Score / Funny Score).

• FS Points are Virtual: FS points are in-game virtual points only and have no real-world monetary value
• No Real Currency: FS points cannot be purchased with real money, exchanged for real currency, or transferred to other users
• No Refunds: Since FS points have no monetary value, no refunds are applicable
• Earning Points: Points are earned by playing games and completing challenges according to the game rules
• Point Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or modify the FS points system at any time
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that FS points will be available indefinitely or that your points will not be lost due to technical issues

6. Acceptable Use

• Malicious Code: Use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, trojan horses, worms, or other harmful or malicious code
• Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including claiming to represent Animal Games Platform
